We do! We are completely Mesjokke of cocoa. That's why we make absurdly honest and unheard of delicious chocolate bars.
We obtain our cocoa through 'Direct Trade' which means that we buy our beans directly from the cocoa farmers. The farmers receive a fair price (about 3 times the current market price) and we know exactly where our beans come from, how they have been treated, who picked them and that they are of fantastic quality. Furthermore, we only work with 'specialty cocoa': special cocoa types that give the most profound and stimulating flavours to our bars.

In our production facility in Utrecht we process the raw beans into a bar, where we carry out every step in the production process ourselves – from roasting to packaging. Klabats!: a bean-to-bar chocolate with a cocoa experience that will make you want to of becomes.
